Rum i mysigt kollektiv vid skogen i Hökarängen Live by the forest – space in a peaceful coliving home Welcome to Hjärtats Hem, a warm and thoughtfully shared home in a 1964 gabled terraced house. The house is a spacious 155 m² house spread over three floors plus two small mezzanines, with shared spaces designed for both community and privacy. A space on the lower floor is available for rent, with plenty of shared spaces to enjoy with three others. The room is available from August. Note: The space is around a total of 20 sqm. Approximately 15 sqm is a split of the common spaces. The area lies between Hökarängen and Farsta C, both about a 10–15 minute walk away. By subway, it takes around 20 minutes to T-Centralen. A bus stop is also nearby. Hökarängen offers cafés, restaurants, shops, and a local cultural scene, while Farsta Centrum provides a wide range of services and stores. The house sits in a green neighbourhood right next to Fagersjö forest. Forest trails are just outside the door, two lakes are nearby, and a swimming pool and sports hall are within walking distance. A friendly cat lives here part-time. We are looking for a couple who appreciates a thoughtful living environment and is open to communicating and finding good shared rhythms with others in the house. This part of the house offers a peaceful, private-feeling living experience with direct access to the garden and outdoor patio. It may also be possible to consider other arrangements than a couple, but the equivalent rent and shared costs for two people would still apply. Upper floor: Three bedrooms, small hallway Middle floor: Social heart of the home with a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a bathtub Lower level: Laundry room and WC, the private spaces listed below, including a semi-shared space The house also includes a generous garden with fruit trees, berries, flowers, and space for cultivation. It is an evolving shared project with seating areas, hammocks, and space for both rest and creativity. -- Monthly rent: SEK 9,900, plus shared costs for electricity and water. Included in rent: WiFi and Netflix Utilities: Electricity and water are shared. The average cost over the year is currently around 700–800 SEK per person/month, but it varies seasonally, so it may go up or down. Deposit: One month Insurance: Home insurance required Master bedroom: A spacious and cozy bedroom located right by the garden and forest. Windows face southwest, with a calming view of the trees in Fagersjö forest. Bed: comfortable 160 cm double bed. Private morning kitchen & shower: A separate small unit for your use, ideal for breakfasts and simple daily routines. Semi-shared, large open living area / shala: We find a flexible way of using this space together, based on agreement regarding private hours and possible social hours. Since 2023, I've shared my home with others – a way of living that nurtures both social connection and financial sustainability.
