We are renting out a charming fully furnished townhouse in a family-friendly area at Gunnaredsterrassen, Angered. A two-storey house has a fully renovated kitchen (from June 2024) with new appliances, freshly painted walls in all rooms (from July 2024), two bathrooms including a bathtub and new LG washing machine and tumble dryer, two patios (outdoor areas) – one with large wooden deck and a garden with berry bushes and apple trees. For storage, there is a big storage space attached to the house, as well as two cloak/closet rooms, and wardrobes. Internet and water/heating are included in the rent. Parking is available for renting: 350 kr for regular one, 550 kr for electric one. Initial rental contract is for six months with the possibility of extension for other six months. The area around is lush green and peaceful, with several playgrounds for children, two preschools as well as two schools located in 4-5 min walk from the property. Angered Arena and Centrum are 15 min walk away. Vättleskolan bus stop is 2-3 min walk. We are moving abroad and would like the house to be in good hands while we are away.
