Uthyrningen gäller initialt i minst 6 månader, med möjlighet att hyra upp till ett år, eftersom jag flyttar till Berlin. Lägenheten har 3,5 rum, fantastiskt ljusinsläpp och en väldigt trivsam och hemtrevlig känsla. Den ligger i ett av Malmös bästa och mest centrala områden, bara några sekunder från Triangelns station, med utmärkta kommunikationer. Dessutom finns en matbutik direkt i byggnaden, vilket gör vardagen extra smidig. Jag har själv bott här i nästan fyra år och verkligen uppskattat både området och lägenheten. Den hyrs ut möblerad, men jag är öppen för att diskutera om vissa möbler ska tas bort beroende på dina behov. Hyra: 11 800 kr/månad I hyran ingår vatten, INTE wifi och el. För att bli aktuell som hyresgäst behöver du kunna visa en stabil inkomst motsvarande minst två gånger hyran, exempelvis genom lönespecifikationer. It is located in one of Malmö’s best and most central areas — just seconds from Triangeln Station, with excellent public transport connections. There is also a grocery store directly in the building, which makes everyday life especially convenient. I have personally lived here for almost four years and have truly appreciated both the neighborhood and the apartment. It is rented out furnished, but I am open to discussing the removal of certain furniture items depending on your needs. Rent: SEK 11,800/month The rent includes water, but does NOT include Wi-Fi or electricity. To be considered as a tenant, you need to be able to show a stable income corresponding to at least twice the rent, for example through salary statements/payslips.
