Description: I am renting out a spacious private bedroom in my apartment located in Tumba. The room is available for long-term rent and is large enough to comfortably accommodate a couple. About the Room and Home: • The Room: Currently unfurnished, but can be furnished upon request if needed. • Shared Spaces: Shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living area. • Included in Rent: Electricity, heating, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included. Who I am Looking For: I am looking for responsible and tidy tenants. A couple is highly preferred. I appreciate someone who is respectful, keeps the shared common areas clean, and is a non-smoker. Location & Communication: • Excellent transport links: Only 5 minute with bus to the Tumba station.. Why I am Renting Out: I have an extra room in my home and would like to share the space with a friendly couple or individual.
