Obs! Only female applicants pls. Hello, Looking for a clean & peaceful place to live/stay in Stockholm? Get 15 kvm room in 120 kvm apt on Södermalm on 5th floor, at Åsögatan 78. Here you are close to everything such as shops, restaurants, cafés, subway, busses, comutertrain only one station from Stockholm Central station, but still in nature close to park (Rosenlundsparken). My son is studying away from Stockholm, so it is only me + cat that stays in the apt. I am calm, clean and quiet, yet friendly :-) I prefer a quiet life at home and prefer seeing friends at restaurants etc. I also travel at times and stay some weekends in summer house. I pay 15005 kr/month in rent + 3000 kr/month in utilities. As roomate you rent your own room and we share kitchen utilities, livingroom w/balcony, laundryroom, bathroom + guest toilet. The roomate pay 5000 kr in rent + 1135 kr for sharing the utilities as WiFi, TV in your room (w HBO, Netflix, Viaplay etc), heat and electricity. Interested? Let me know and I Send u a video of the whole apt. I prefer having a roomate a year from 1st of August 2026, or earlier. It is also possible to share my car, Nissan Note modell 2015 w/parking in garage on bottom floor in building. In that case u share the cost of garage space (total 2000 kr/month). Best regards Anette
