A little house that is a room with a 160 cm bed with storage underneath. A ski storage separate to the house. There is a little fridge and a shower and toilet and a small loft where you can store some stuff but not sleep. This house is suitable for someone who likes to be outside and needs a place to sleep and take a shower. Perfect if you want a place that’s not so big. Suites one person. 150 meters to the slope and ski in from Englandsliften also 50 meters from the busstop into Åre and Duved. If you love the water it's only 100 meters from the best spot to take a dip in Tegeforsen. On top of rent you have to pay to Åre Komun the cost of water and garbage, so it depends on how good you are at recycling. Also you will have to pay the electricity net cost to Jämtkraft and the electricity that you use every month to Tibber. Also that cost depends on how much electricity you use. So the rent is low and that is what you pay for the house and rent of the furniture. The rest is depending on you 🤩 a different way of paying rent!!
