Tillfällig uthyrning Hej, min uthyrningslägenhet blev plötsligt ledig fom nästa helg tom mitten av augusti. Vi bor i ett hus i Södra Lund (Smedjebacken/St Lars) och har en lägenhet i annexet vi vill hyra ut. Ligger ca 10-15 minuter från sjukhuset/universitetet på cykel. Kollektivtrafik både till centrala Lund och Malmö är väldigt bra med 4 bussar som stannar precis utanför huset och 5 minuter med cykel till Klostergårdens station där Pågatåget stannar. Vi bor i huset som har tre våningar med uterum på gaveln och i det långa annexet vid parkeringsplatsen finns två lägenheter. Båda har två rum, eget kök och toalett med dusch. På nedre våningen finns gemensam tvättstuga och ett gästrum. Två ingångar så man kan styra hur mycket man umgås med den andra hyresgästen. Vi letar nu efter en annan hyresgäst på övervåningen som är 35 kvm. Den är ledig fom nästa helg till mitten av augusti Hyrs ut med möblerna på bilderna (förutom skrivbordet som numera är inne hos oss). Hyran innefattar allt förutom värme och el och ev extra försäkring om hyresgästen önskar teckna sådan. Hyran är 5500 SEK med en månad i deposition. /English translation We have an apartment for the right person that is available from next weekend through middle of August. We live in a house in Södra Lund (Smedjebacken/St Lars) and have an apartment in the annex that we want to rent out. Located about 10-15 minutes from the hospital/university by bike. Public transport to both central Lund and Malmö is very good with 4 buses that stop right outside the house and 5 minutes by bike to Klostergården station where the Pågatåget train stops. We live in the house that has three floors with a conservatory on the gable and in the long annex by the parking lot there are two apartments. Both have two rooms, their own kitchen and toilet with shower. On the lower floor there is a shared laundry room and a guest room. Two entrances so you can control how much you spend time with the other tenant. We are now looking for another tenant on the upper floor which is 35 sq m for a limited time period. Rented with the furniture in the pictures (except for the desk which is now in our house). The rent includes everything except heating and electricity and any extra insurance if the tenant wishes to take out such. The rent is 5500 SEK with a one month deposit.
