Enjoy your stay in my ecologically renovated apartment with clay walls, wooden floors and a huge balcony facing South towards the inner garden! The flat is 61m2 in size and has two separate rooms for sleeping and living, a large kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. It is located on the top floor (4th floor) with a lift. The best feature is the 6m2 fully glazed balcony – a winter garden and tomato greenhouse! The entire flat faces south and is very bright thanks to the large windows – you can even see the stars at night :) During the day, you can look out onto the green courtyard of the housing association. There are two bus lines running regularly almost in front of the house (line 2 and 8) via Södervärn (connections to yellow busses) to Triangeln train station (12 min. ), Malmö Central (20 min.) and old town (17 min.). It is also very convenient to use the many green cycle paths to quickly reach your destination and explore the area. I am looking for a responsible tenant that values my home and wants to stay at my place for 6 month, maybe a full year while I am working abroad. Furnitures upon discussion (photos show just examples). The flat might be available for sale depending on my future situation. Note: The tenant must additionally be approved by the housing association HSB which requires filling out a paper document. If you don't have large debts or aren't deemed worthy of loans, it's not a problem, and I can help you with that. So if you are looking for your own and permanent home, this could be an option to test it out before actually buying :)
