The living space has 5 cup-boards for storing materials and clothes. Can accommodate upto 2 people. The apartment is similar to first-hand contract. You (and +1) will essentially be able to register your personnummer against this address. You will be also registered with the building owner. Since I am moving to a different city, I am renting this place with the same price as charged for me and with the permission of the building owner. Agreement can be drawn either for short term (min 3 months), 6 months and more up to 2 years (or more if required) with a notice period of 3 months.
