Apartment is fully furnished including common living room, kitchen, balcony and toilet shared with the other tenant. Common areas are equipped with TV, Refrigerator, Baking Oven, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Induction Hob (for cooking), Washing Machine, Tumbler and Bathtub. Internet is included in the rent. Electricity and Hot Water are not included in the rent. Room is going to be rented for short-term from 2026-06-01 to 2026-08-31, with a possibility of extension. Viewing the room is possible. If someone is interested in renting complete apartment for short-term (2026-06-01 to 2026-08-31) that is possible but without the possibility of any extension.
