Rummet förlängs ut på den inglasade balkongen där man kan avnjuta eftermiddags- och kvällssolen med storslagen utsikt. Kaklat badrum med dusch och badkar som nås via hallen. Bredband och WiFi ingår i hyran. En fantastisk gård med lekplatser, grönska och aktiviteter för alla åldrar som bl.a. minigolf och boule. Nära till kommunikation med spårvagn och buss. Från Beväringsgatans spårvagnshållplats eller med buss från Nymånegatan tar du dig in till centrala stan på ca 10 minuter. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med fina promenadstråk och träningsanläggningar. Promenadavstånd till Kvibergs arena och matbutiker med mycket mer som du behöver i vardagen. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, glass ceramic hob, cooker hood, microwave, robot vacuum, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a dining table and associated chairs here. Large living room with double bed sofa, coffee table and TV. There is plenty of space here to gather loved ones. Peaceful bedroom accessed via the hall, here there is a bed and bedside table as well as office space for those who want to work from home. The room is extended onto the glazed balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with a magnificent view. Tiled bathroom with shower and bathtub accessed via the hall. Broadband and WiFi are included in the rent. A fantastic yard with playgrounds, greenery and activities for all ages such as miniature golf and boules. Close to communication with tram and bus. From the Beväringsgatan tram stop or by bus from Nymånegatan, you can get to the center of town in about 10 minutes. Here you live peacefully and close to nature with nice walking paths and training facilities. Walking distance to Kviberg's arena and grocery stores with much more that you need in everyday life. The reason I rent out is a longer assignment abroad.
