(open to male & female) * Room # 4 (Available from May): Rent 6500 sek - 14 kvm The contract has a 1 month notice period. **Where:** Rissne, Sundbyberg * 8 min. walk from the Rissne Tbana & Hemköp * 10 min. away from Sundbyberg centrum. **House Areas:** There are 2 cozy living rooms (inside and outside living rooms), spacious kitchen and dining room, room for recycling & supplies, and storage room for your bike and luggages. The house has 3 floors with 3 bathrooms and a laundry area. The house is modern and the area is safe, calm and easy to reach. **What are we looking for?** Social, open-minded, clean (very important!) and flexible person. Ideally someone with no pets.
